Throughout the interview process, Steven has been dazzling. He truly has the gift of gab. He’s charismatic, well-spoken and has terrific sales skills. Steven instantly built rapport with each interviewer during the process.
While he is very well-spoken, it is also apparent that Steven’s writing skills are weak. Given that the role includes writing email messages and proposals, the management team is concerned about Steven. They wonder if he can succeed if he can’t effectively communicate in writing.
