How to Boost Sales Team Morale and Energize Your Entire Company

Times have been tough, but there are still sales victories. In this episode, you’ll learn how to celebrate these successes without spending a penny to rejuvenate your sales team – as well as the rest of the employees.

Over the last few years, many companies have made tough cuts as part of their strategy to protect profits. Oftentimes, these cuts meant employees were let go and the survivors’ morale was crushed.

If your sales team’s morale is low, they probably aren’t performing at optimum levels. Yet, there are sales successes happening…and they need to be celebrated company-wide!

What you need is a Salebration program. Not a celebration, but a Salebration. When a sales victory occurs, interview the sales person about the experience… In essence, how did the sales victory occur and who helped make it happen?

Write an email telling the story and highlight the contributions of every person who is responsible for the victory. Title the email Salesbration and send it company-wide.

Your sales people will love the accolades and the other company employees will see that the best is yet to come.

One last note on the Salebration program, sales managers should never have their names in those emails. This program is for your people. It’s understood that you contributed.
